This culinary journey began in Maria Grazia's small trattoria in Capri and has grown with inspiration over three generations. Under Mia D'Alessio's leadership, the family heritage meets a modern vision, while Chef Franco Aversa shapes a menu of both traditional and creative flavours. Dishes made with carefully chosen local ingredients reflect the spirit of Aurora, and the almost legendary, ultra-thin Pizzallacqua® has become the symbol of this story.
